Hello, I'm Cathy

I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, and I'm also trained in integrative counselling, interpersonal psychotherapy and clinical supervision. I work in a grounded, collaborative way, helping you make sense of what you're going through and supporting you to create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, phobias or other challenges, I offer a safe, steady space to explore your experiences and develop practical tools for recovery and resilience. My approach combines evidence‑based therapy with compassion and clarity, tailored to your individual needs.

If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
